All fusions I've seen look pretty cool, and I'm sure fusions will make Co-Op that much more fun. I guess in the original you had 8 powers but now it looks like each character has 4, but I've heard the 4 powers for each character are for the most part pretty solid moves. I've never played the first MUA but talking to people who have had hands on experience with the game and people who have seen it in action say that it is better than the original in many ways. The Wii however is at the very least a slightly different game, hence the reason they have characters that the 360 and PS3 do not have as of right now. As for PS3 and 360 getting exclusive characters, the two platforms have the same characters across the board. I'm positive that she is in the game as an NPC though.
As of right now, Spiderwoman is not a playable character.
